What data we process and why
Your name, e-mail address, phone number if provided and the content of your message. We use them solely to reply to you and to arrange samples or an order.
The legal basis is taking steps prior to entering into a contract at your request and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
How long
We keep messages for no longer than 2 years after the last communication, unless a contract results from them – then for the periods required by accounting and tax law.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your data or pass it on to third parties for marketing. When delivering samples, we pass the necessary details (name, address, phone) to the carrier. The website runs on Cloudflare infrastructure.
On the Gallery page, YouTube videos are only loaded after you click the play button; until then YouTube receives no data.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. Just write to kantor@kantor.sk.
If you believe we are not handling your data correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (dataprotection.gov.sk).
